Do You Provide Return Labels?
Yes! Please submit an email to cisflowtech@gmail.com with the name that appears on your invoice, the invoice number and a subject line of “Return Label” to receive a printable FedEx label.
Can Return My Core Using the Same Box Used to Ship My Rebuilt Part?
Absolutely! We encourage you to help reduce waste by reusing the box and any packaging you received with your rebuilt parts.
How Long Does it Take to Receive My Refund?
We ask that you allow 2-4 weeks after our receipt of your core to receive your refund.
Why Does it Take So Long to Receive a Refund?
Because these parts are no longer manufactured, we take care to ensure all cores are viable prior to issuing a refund. Unfortunately, the only way to do this is by rebuilding the parts.
What If My Core Is Not Viable?
We understand that these are older parts and that things happen. We do everything we can to ensure our customers receive the maximum refund. If, for whatever reason, we are not able to rebuild the core we receive from you, you will be informed as quickly as possible. At that point, you will be given the option to either try to obtain another core to send in its place, or we will review further options with you based on your specific situation.
Why is it so Important to Return Cores?
These parts are no longer manufactured, so we can only rebuild the cores that are currently in circulation. If you have any extra cores lying around, please contact us so we can strike a deal!
